POSTAGE & RETURNS

POSTAGE, PACKING and DELIVERY

All orders of in stock items are despatched the same/next working day.  
Royal Mail states that most orders within the UK are received within 48-72 hours, however we cannot guarantee this or accept liability for late deliveries.  

Delivery is charged at £2.95 per order, regardless of how many items are ordered.  There is FREE delivery on all orders over 50.00. (Excludes ZUCA) 
PLEASE NOTE: Any Free delivery offer is made on condition that you do not return the goods you order, other than to replace faulty goods.

This does not affect your satutory rights.

If your item is out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date.  You will have the option to wait for your item(s), order an alternative item or cancel your order.  Orders may be ammended in any way prior to despatch.  Other delivery options are available, including a 'guaranteed next day' service, please contact us on 01292 67 90 90 during normal business hours for more details.

RETURNS

Unwanted/unsuitable items should be returned within 7 days of your order being received.  Items should be returned with full postage paid.  We are more than happy to exchange unused items however new items will occur postage charges.  Please send all returns to:

We will refund your card, minus the initial postage, within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.  Your statutory rights are not affected.  Garments such as tights and socks are non refundable for hygiene reasons and Special Order items are non refundable in any circumstance.  All items should be returned in their original condition with all packaging and labels attached and full postage paid. 
Please take particular care when handling/trying on garments as we are unable to exchange or refund items marked or showing signs of wear.
